Eldery care is a type of care aimed at helping people who can no longer carry out the normal activities of daily living by themselves. This is a standard of care given for elderly people whose health and social needs mean they can no longer live independently; it can be frightening for them and most elderly prefer to stay in their own home as long as possible.

At this stage, some Elderly people may experience an onset of age-related health conditions like Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Chronic Heart and Pulmonary Diseases, Diabetes and other conditions where nursing management and intervention is needed.
With this service, we provide assistance on patient’s activities of daily living including bathing or showering, dressing, and grooming while maintaining dignity, respect, and safety. Assist in promoting mobility and ambulation, monitoring, and giving reminders on their medications, providing patient escorting on medical appointments and participate in the health management and maintenance.
Our team will provide a nursing care plan that would include family members to be part of their loved one’s health management and intervention. This includes patient’s medications, daily routine, hygiene and grooming, dietary and nutritional requirements, and range of motion exercises.
In most cases, Physiotherapy service is also needed as when it comes to aging such conditions like Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, Hip and Joint replacement, Balance disorders, Incontinence, and other diseases may be present. Physiotherapist plays an important role in keeping your loved one active, and regain and maintain their strength by helping them improve their mobility, ambulation and promoting self-independence.
